Notice of Hearing for Public Comment

On December 13, 2019, the Maryland Public Service Commission issued an Order establishing a limited inquiry into material changes in turbine size for use in the Skipjack Wind Farm.

A hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the potential impacts of the turbine size selected for the Skipjack Wind Farm is scheduled for:

Public comments will be accepted at this hearing, or written public comments referencing Case No. 9629, may be submitted to the Commission by first class mail, or by hand-delivery, or may be submitted electronically through the Commission’s Public Comment system (which can be accessed through the Commission’s website at by January 31, 2020.  Public comments should be addressed to:
